Over the last 5 years, DJ Night at The Cowboy has become the stuff of legend. The weekly gathering has grown into an international scene with the affluent ski crowd, hippies, cowboys, locals, and the service industry, far from home, all melting together on the dance floor. Steady Jake is the featured DJ most Sundays year-round and has become masterful at reading the room. He always starts with country-western music with older couples 2-stepping and swinging after dinner, then blends in some Motown, rock, disco, hot 100 and eventually spinning some EDM and reggaeton to finish out the night – always sprinkling in a few country music favs along the way. The popular night is free for all with no cover-charge. Must be 21 to enter.
