The entire Cowboy Bar (476 capacity including 28 saddle bar stools) is available for buyout rental on a very limited basis. Full-day or partial-day buyouts are possible. With a full-bar buyout, comes a fully staffed bar and ability to completely customize your event.
Our Lower Lounge area is located just to the left of the dance floor/stage and includes a private western-style bar. It has seating for 50, and will comfortably accommodate up to 80 people with a combination of standing and seating. With the lower lounge, you will be provided a dedicated bartender and server(s). Enjoy a VIP private area while still being part of the lively “honkytonk” atmosphere for which the Cowboy Bar is famous. 21+ is required for all attendees.
Rental rates vary depending on the season, day of the week and time. The Cowboy Bar can assist with catering, entertainment, dance lessons and other special requests.
